ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ Το Λαογραφικό και Ιστορικό Μουσείο στις Αρχάνες, γνωστό και ως Αρχανιωτικο Αρχοντικό, στεγάζεται σε ένα αναπαλαιωμένο διώροφο κτίριο που χρονολογείται από το 1771. Η περιήγηση στους χώρους του μουσείου ζωντανεύει την ατμόσφαιρα περασμένων αιώνων και δείχνει στον επισκέπτη τον τρόπο οργάνωσης και λειτουργίας ενός πλούσιου αρχανιωτικου αρχοντικού. Με τη φιλοσοφία του «ανοιχτού μουσείου», πολύτιμα αντικείμενα και πλούσιες συλλογές αναδεικνύονται στο φυσικό τους χώρο, ξεκινώντας από την πλακόστρωτη αυλή προς την παλιά κουζίνα και ανεβαίνοντας στις σκάλες προς το μεγάλο σαλόνι του παλιού αρχοντικού και την κρεβατοκάμαρα του. Τα εκθέματα περιλαμβάνουν ό,τι θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει σ’ ένα αρχοντικό την εποχή της μεγάλης οικονομικής ακμής των Αρχανων αλλά και αντικείμενα που αποτελούν για το έθνος ιστορική μνήμη: Συλλογές από πίνακες και κάδρα από τον αγώνα του 1897, χάλκινα και ξύλινα σκεύη μαγειρικής, κοσμήματα, ενδυμασίες, διακοσμητικά πιάτα και ασημικά, χρυσοκέντητα προικιά, κεντητά, πλεχτά, σεντούκια, αγροτικά εργαλεία, και περίτεχνα υφαντά. Στο μουσείο εκτίθεται επίσης μια σημαντική συλλογή από διάφορα είδη που χρονολογούνται από τον 18ο ως τις αρχές του 20ού αιώνα. Απολαύστε το ταξίδι στο παρελθόν και στο βάθος των αιώνων. INFORMATION The Folklore and Historical Museum in Archanes, also known as the Archanes Mansion, is housed in a restored two-story building dating from 1771. The tour of the museum brings to life the atmosphere of past centuries and shows the visitor the way of organization and operation of an ancient rich mansion. With the philosophy of the "open museum", valuable objects and rich collections are highlighted in their natural space, starting from the paved courtyard to the old kitchen and going up the stairs to the large living room of the old mansion and its bedroom. The exhibits include everything that could have been in a mansion at the time of the great financial prosperity of the Archanes, but also objects that constitute historical memory for the nation: Collections of paintings and frames from the 1897 struggle, copper and wooden cooking utensils, jewelry, clothing, decorative plates and silverware, gold-embroidered dowries, embroidery, knitting, chests, farm implements, and elaborate textiles. The museum also exhibits an important collection of various items dating from the 18th to the early 20th century. Enjoy the journey into the past and into the depths of the ages.
